Terms & Conditions

Ember Progressives Series  |  Inspiration Ignition [ NEW BEGINNINGS ]

I. Program Period and Structure

  • Six sessions, two hours each, once a week.

  • Culminating activity: Music video shoot.

  • Class and Shoot Location: Ember Dance and Arts

  • Progressives Period: October to November 2026

  • Shoot Period: November 15 to 1st week of December

  • Absences: You are responsible for catching up when a class is missed. Make-up classes are not available for this series.

  • Shoot Day: Attendance is required to be included in your progressive group’s video shoot.

II. Registration, Fees, and Discounts

  • You must have an account on emberdanceandarts.com

  • Pre-Reg Rate: ₱5,900

  • Regular Rate: ₱6,500 (during the first session, must be paid in full to enter)

  • To reserve, purchase a ticket deposit online at emberdanceandarts.com, priced at 50% of a ticket. The remaining balance must be settled on or before the first day of your progressive track. Slots are granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Slots are limited to ensure quality of instruction.

  • Multi-Progressive Promo: Get ₱400 off succeeding progressives you join!

  • Refer-a-Friend Promo: Get a friend to successfully enroll and both of your entries will be ₱400 off. (Both parties must settle their reservation fees in full for the discount to take effect.)

  • Discounts are applied when paying in full, or when completing downpayments.

  • Sample Pre-Reg Computations:

    • You + Friend join Heels together

      • You: Heels (₱5,500)

      • Friend: Heels (₱5,500)

    • You join K-Pop, then join Dancehall

      • K-Pop (₱5,900) + Dancehall (₱5,500) = ₱11,400

    • You + Friend join a Femme progressive, and you also join Krump

      • You: Femme (₱5,500) + Krump (₱5,500) = ₱11,000

      • Friend: Femme (₱5,500)

  • Cancellations: Payments are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend and the progressive track you joined has not started, your slot is transferable to another dancer provided you notify management at least 3 days before the first session. Once you have reserved a slot, you may not switch to a different progressive track unless you transfer your slot to a different dancer and you purchase a new entry for the other progressive.

III. Culminating Activity: Music Video Shoot

  • Video specifications: The final output is between 1 minute and 30 seconds to 3 minutes long. Output direction will be defined by your Instructor with optional assistance from the Ember Studio Crew.

  • Shoot Day: Attendance is mandatory to be included in the output. Wardrobe guidelines, call times, and related details will be provided by the 3rd session.

IV. ADD-ONS

  • All fully-registered participants will gain early access to merch and get a 40% discount.

    • ₱1000 ₱600 per shirt.

  • Special Free Customization: For participants that have paid their reservation fee by October 9 and do not withdraw their slot will be able to customize their purchases with a custom name print.

V. Media Release & Liability Waiver

  • Media Consent: By participating in The Spark, you (and your legal guardian, if a minor) grant the studio the right to film, photograph, and use your likeness while participating in the program, especially for the final music video, photo shoot, as well as for future social media and promotional materials.

  • Liability: The studio, its owners, and its instructors are not liable for any injuries sustained during the classes or the shoot, nor for any loss of personal belongings on the premises.
