By booking or attending a class at Ember Dance & Arts, you agree to the following:

1. Booking & Payment

Classes may be booked in advance through our website.
If slots are still available, walk-ins are welcome; walk-in rates may differ from pre-registration rates.
We highly recommend booking online for a smooth, no-hassle entry.
All payments are final—non-transferable, non-cancellable, and non-refundable.
No-shows are non-refundable.

2. Cancellations & Changes (Studio-Initiated)

If a class is canceled or rescheduled by the studio, you will be eligible for a refund or class transfer.
Our team will contact you directly with next steps.

3. Arrival & Check-In

Students are requested to line up outside the studio 10 minutes before class.
Pre-registered students must present their email confirmation upon entry.
Late arrivals may not be admitted, depending on class progress.

4. Class Conduct

Respect instructors, staff, and fellow students at all times.
Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the class without refund.
Follow all studio guidelines and staff instructions.

5. Health & Safety

Participate at your own risk. Please inform instructors of any injuries or conditions before class.
Ember Dance & Arts is not liable for injuries sustained during participation.
Proper attire and appropriate footwear are required.

6. Personal Belongings

The studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Please keep valuables with you.

8. Kids’ Classes

Kids are highly encouraged to be enrolled in the appropriate class based on age group. Kids Classes are indicated on class listings.
Parents/guardians are asked to wait outside during class unless otherwise permitted.
Please inform staff in advance of any special needs or conditions.
Timely drop-off and pick-up are required; the studio is not responsible for children outside class time.
Comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear are required.

9. Media release

By enrolling in our classes, you grant Ember Dance and Arts the right to photograph and/or video record you during sessions, events, and activities. These materials may be used for promotional purposes including but not limited to social media posts, stories, and other marketing content.
